Fever spiders are Slayer monsters which can be found within the Braindeath Island brewery basement. They require having a Slayer level of 42 to kill; as well as the player having Slayer gloves worn to prevent taking hits of 12.5% of their maximum lifepoints continuously. Fever spiders are a fairly quick task due to the fact they have low defence and a lack of drops, as well as a large population of spiders close together. Disease has remained and it is possible to become diseased while killing Fever spiders, even with the release of Evolution of Combat.
