Iron spit
The Iron spit is created using the smithing skill by using one Iron bar with an Anvil at level 17+ Smithing.
This item is used to cook animals, such as Raw bird meat and Rabbit. Simply use the un-cooked meat with the Iron spit and then use the Iron spit with a fire to begin cooking.
