The Iron Key is obtained by using a Golden Key on the Statue in the Dungeon during the Priest in Peril Quest.

If you lose the key it can be obtained again by killing a Level 30 Monk of Zamorak to obtain another Golden Key. The Golden Key should then be used on the same Statue to obtain an Iron Key.
